So, I am assuming that everyone has noticed all of the TGU lately. I am have been extremely focused on body positions and getting the most out of each person and making sure people can move through all ranges of motion with proper technique. There is no other movement that does as good of a job  at putting people in the right positions as the TGU. Would you agree? Getting in better positions is not as sexy as your typical crossfit triplet. However, getting in better positions is life changing. My perspective on fitness has changed so much in the last 2 years. I used to think that sweat and almost near death was what constituted a good workout. There is nothing wrong if you think that but I can assure you if you stick around long enough your perspective will definitely change. See you tomorrow DGA!!
