How to perform Turkish Get-Ups

Some important tips:
Start out in the fetal position, securing the kettlebell with both hands.
Set up so that the knee is up as the same side the kettlebell is in, and that the opposite leg and arm are at a 45 degree angle.
Keep your shoulders back and in a good position (right). Do not let your shoulder fall to the front of the socket (left)
Finally, make sure that you are looking at the kettlebell the whole time.
