Good evening, crew! I had an awesome time getting to workout with our 430p class this afternoon! We are hoping to incorporate coaches into the workouts with you all as we can! It’s fun (for us) to be side by side with you guys, rather than just coaching each of you all the time!

A1. 5 pushups @ 3010 + 2 Wall Walk + 3 Lateral steps to each side x 4 sets
A2. Feet Elevated Ring Row 4 x 5-7 @ 51×5 (Palms facing the ground)
B1. Pike Pulse (1 leg at a time) 4 x 5 per side
**You may try and progress this to L-Sit in paralletes 10-20 sec hold
B2. Strict T2b x 5 + Kipping T2b x 3-5 x 4 sets
C1. Hollow Hold 30-45 sec x 3-4 sets**Please add weight this week if you can
C2. Sea Lion Down and back x 3-4 sets
