‘Recovery’ WEDNESDAY

Today was an amazing day! Thank you so much to everyone that came to the groundbreaking we had for the new location! It’s an emotional and special time for the gym as a whole, but really for the Bland family.

They have taken on some great challenges to get us to this point, and if it weren’t for their faith in all of us, we would not be moving to bigger and better things. We haven’t see a lot of the background work that has gone on to this point, but when you see Eric and Natalie around the gym, just give them a hug and tell them thank you for all that they do!
