Fitness:

“Active Recovery”
Deload
**Good Aerobic Warmup**

500m row (Increase intensity every 100m)
60 sec no pushup burpee
60 sec russian KBS
60 sec FW
rest as needed x 4-5 sets
+
10-15 min goal setting/achieving
Questions to ask
1. Did I get better today?
2. What movement do I need to be working on when I have extra time?
3. Did I come to the gym to “hang” with my friends or did I come to optmize
my life, performance, growth, persepctive, awareness,realtionships,etc.
4. Did you get closer to your why today? Or maybe a better question is what is your why?

20-30 min-Working on a weakness

10-15 min goal setting/achieving
