It was not until a few years ago that I realized that Arnold was an amazing bodybuilder. I knew that he was a bodybuilder but I never knew to what degree. He is actually, arguably ,the greatest bodybuilder of all time. He won an unprecedented Mr. Olympia 7 times in a row. In the documentary Pumping Iron, what I love about Arnold, is that he is completely honest with who he is . You can look at Arnold and in a split second you know that he has an amazing physique and he obviously does some type of training. Arnold is a rather extreme illustration of what I really want to talk about today. The question that I have for you, Is what do people see when they look at you? What do you see? Are you aligned with your goals? Do you have goals? Are you engaging in the activities that are getting you closer to your goal or moving you farther away?
This post is meant for you to truly think about who you are so that you can create more awareness around yourself. The more aware you are the more value you can bring to yourself and your family.
