2012…just a few NEW GROUND RULES…
#1-Please don’t be late….10 burpees for every minute that you are late! If you are more than 5 minutes late you will have to workout with the next class!!!
#2-We can add to or take away rules/expectations if we deem necessary at any time ;-)!!!
***Please understand that these rules/expectations are in place because we have a lot to accomplish in a short period of time and we want to ensure that you get EVERYTHING out of your CrossFit DGA experience!
