Strategies and Tips

1. Take your time on the row. If you plan on making it to the T2B be sure to have a nice light grip on your handle.

2. Break up the T2B early.

3. Be sure that you and your judge are clear on the target for the wall balls. For females we will place tape on the walls. We will place tape at 9′. Your ball must make it over the tape for the rep to count.

4. The “power clean” should probably be done in singles.

5. MU- Get them done
