Welcome to another fantastic week, crew! I hope you all had an awesome weekend. Especially those of you who’s attended Eric’s Saturday workout! Can’t wait to see all of your bright and shining faces this week!

Get ready for some Mac effort lifts this week! Remember, have fun with these!

Fitness:

A. Back Squat 1RM- “Build”- If you are not exactly sure how to build, take a look at your training logs from the last few weeks. This should provide some good insight on where to start. Also if lifting heavy is not your thing or you have missed a few weeks of training, you can do a 5RM or 7RM.

Competition:

Snatch 1RM-If you are not exactly sure how to build, take a look at your training logs from the last few weeks. This should provide some
good insight on where to start. Also, if lifting heavy is not your thing or you have missed a
few weeks of training, you can do some technique work.
Everyone really should video these lifts so you and your coach can look at them together frame by frame.
