So, it has finally arrived. The week that we have all been waiting for since last year. This time next week most everyone will have completed their first workout for the 2014 CrossFit Open. At this time we will have regular class schedule on Friday. I thought that it would be awesome to get everyone together on Friday evenings but I know that there are some that cannot make it. Please be sure to invite friends and family to come and watch. Its going to be a fun and exciting week at DGA!!!!!!
