So here we are. The new year has begun and its time to continue to get after it. I am looking forward to another amazing year at DGA. If you have not already be sure to take some time and reflect on all of this past years achievements(inside and outside of the gym). I am going to ask that everyone eat better, work even harder, and attack everyday like it is your last day on earth. If we do all of those things we can accomplish a lot this year.
